Shipping policy

We ship most orders from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and offer several mailing options to best suit your needs. Please allow 2–4 business days for fulfillment after placing your order. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

If you ordered any art prints, know that these are shipped directly to you from one of our printing partners. These items will arrive separately from other items in your order.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. As a small, family-owned business, we work hard to fulfill orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Habitavit Art Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages resulting from incorrect address information.

If your order was shipped to the correct address but arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We’ll do our best to make it right—your satisfaction truly matters to us!

Economy shipping is a flat rate of $6.55, and domestic orders over $100 ship FREE.
